Engineering

Fabrication
Our dedicated team of experts provides support from conceptualisation to completion, including fabrication and maintenance services. We design, fabricate, install and maintain high-pressure components, including boiler pressure parts, large & small-bore piping, headers, pressure vessels, HP heaters, pipe supports, bellows, and related pressure part assemblies.
Trust over 60 years of experience in industrial and utility steam pipe bending. We have the ability to accurately bend pipes with a diameter of up to 850 mm and a wall thickness of up to 100 mm.
Our unique welding technology produces durable components backed by a workmanship guarantee. In addition, we offer clients on-site repairs of heat exchangers with quick turnaround times.
Submerged Arc Welding
Using one of two PEMA membrane welding machines in the country, among other machines, we provide high-quality submerged arc welding (SAW welding) services. Submerged arc welding is conducted by our in-house welders. We specialise in submerged arc welding for pipes, large stub welding and small stub-to-header welds. SAW welding is also used to manufacture boiler parts.
Equipped with specialised machinery, we provide high-quality submerged arc welding services to the energy and steam generation industries.
