Fabrication

Our Oerlikon automatic welding and Cojafex induction bending* machines are unique to the continent and enable us to deliver welding and pipe bending services quickly and precisely.

  • Oerlikon automated welding from 22 mm to 60 mm inside diameter X 3 mm to 5 mm wall thickness for IBW (Inner bore welding). SAW for solid stubs under 22 mm outside diameter (OD)
  • Induction bending from 116 mm OD X 7 mm wall thickness up to 800 mm OD X 80 mm wall thickness
  • Additional 3 CNC hydraulic pipe bending machines & an NC hydraulic pipe bending machine cold bending from 22mm OD X 3 mm wall thickness up to 101 mm OD X 12 mm wall thickness
  • 3D bending
  • Post-weld heat treatment, which is crucial to the quality & integrity of heat exchanger tubing
