Engineers in Training (EIT) Programme: Building the Next Generation of Innovators

  • Structured Rotations & On-the-Job Training: EITs gain invaluable hands-on experience by working on real-world projects across our operational sites, primarily in Mpumalanga and Gauteng.
  • Dedicated Mentorship: Each EIT is paired with an experienced Professional Engineer and subject matter expert who provides personalised guidance, coaching, and support, ensuring a clear path for growth.
  • Leadership and Essential Skills Development: We focus on building well-rounded professionals. Our curriculum includes dedicated modules on critical skills such as emotional intelligence (EQ), conflict handling, and assertiveness.
